Your safari begins in Maun with a transfer into the Okavango Delta, where you meet local polers for mokoro excursions along tranquil channels and floodplains. Over three days, explore the Delta through guided walks and water-based activities, camping on a small island and by a lagoon. On the final afternoon, an optional scenic helicopter flight offers breathtaking aerial views of this remarkable ecosystem. Distance: Maun to Okavango Delta: 75 km | Travel Time: 2 to 2.5 hours
Explore the eastern Okavango Delta within Moremi Game Reserve, one of Africa’s most beautiful protected areas. Spanning over 4,800 square kilometres, the reserve features savannah, winding waterways, and dense forests. Expect diverse wildlife including buffalo, zebra, lion, wild dog, and rare antelope species, alongside exceptional birdlife. Game drives reveal this rich ecosystem, offering an unforgettable wilderness experience in a pristine setting. Journey into Savuti in the heart of Chobe National Park, a dramatic landscape of open savannah, rocky outcrops, and the shifting Savuti Channel. This dynamic region supports abundant wildlife, from elephant and buffalo herds to lion prides, cheetah, and wild dog. Seasonal cycles shape animal movements, with migrating zebra and wildebeest adding to the spectacle in this iconic predator-rich wilderness. Explore Chobe National Park in Botswana’s northeast, where diverse ecosystems range from the Savuti Channel and Linyanti Swamps to fertile riverfront plains along the Chobe River. Known for hosting over 50,000 elephants, the park also supports lion, leopard, wild dog, and abundant plains game. Activities include game drives and renowned riverboat safaris, offering exceptional wildlife viewing across varied and wildlife-rich landscapes. Conclude your journey at Victoria Falls, locally known as Mosi-oa-Tunya — “The Smoke That Thunders.” Marvel at the world’s largest continuous sheet of falling water along the Zambezi River, with dramatic viewpoints on the Zimbabwean side. Beyond the falls, enjoy optional activities including scenic flights, white-water rafting, and cultural exploration, making this iconic destination a thrilling finale to your safari experience. Distance: Chobe River to Victoria Falls: 100 km | Travel Time: 3 hours (excluding border crossing)

Purpose-built safari vehicles offer clear sightlines for optimal wildlife viewing and are equipped with a water filtration system for clean drinking water, onboard fridges for refreshments, and charging ports for essential devices.
Tents are 2.1m x 2.1m x 1.75m. A 5cm high density foam mattress is provided for each guest. Ablutions are shared and set up by our team when staying in game reserves and national park campsites.

Our Helicopter Safaris, whether doorless or closed is operated in partnership with Helicopter Horizons, offer a breathtaking aerial perspective of the Okavango Delta and surrounding wilderness. From above, guests witness the vast floodplains, winding channels, and wildlife moving across the landscape, revealing the true scale and beauty of this remarkable ecosystem in a way only possible from the air.
Mokoro Excursion
A mokoro safari offers a peaceful journey through the quiet channels of the Okavango Delta, guided by skilled local polers. Moving silently through the water, guests experience the Delta at a slower pace, surrounded by birdlife, aquatic plants, and the natural beauty of this unique ecosystem. It is one of the most authentic and immersive ways to connect with the spirit of the Delta.

- Camping equipment and accommodation: spacious bow tents with mattresses, as well as comfortable lodge rooms in Victoria Falls
- All activities and transfers between safari destinations as outlined in the itinerary (except the transfer between VFA and the Zimbabwe-based lodge, or vice versa)
- Meals as specified: Breakfast - B, Lunch - L, Dinner - D
- Filtered drinking water, along with tea and coffee
- Services of a Professional Guide and Camp Assistant
- All park fees in Botswana for activities included in the itinerary and transport in specialised safari vehicles
